Professional Indemnity Insurance Issue (2024 - current)

We are actively working with other consumer groups to address the serious concerns with the governments announcement regarding funding PII for Homebirth Midwives attending 'low risk' homebirths.

GP Education // Removal of Collaborative Agreement

We recognise that most women seek GP support in early pregnancy and therefore, even in the absense of a collaborative agreement (ending in November 2024), we are working on creating a resource for GP's to quickly access when providing local pregnancy information.
