Food & drink suggestions for early labour to early post partum

This is a common question..."what should I buy"..."what should I make".

We reached out to our community and asked what they enjoyed and recommended.


There are no 'rules' about what you should eat, but some things may be more helpful than others. This blog post from 'Nurtured Birth' is also great.
